At the end of the week, I gave each table a handful of legos and told them to create a landform (we had learned about mountain, valleys, hill, plains, and plateaus last week). I gave them a few minutes to do this.
After, I had them get in a line. The first person in the line was going to break off a piece of their landform (lego) and then put it on their stomach and crab walk with it around their table. Breaking off a piece of the lego shows weathering and carrying it around the table shows erosion! The first team to erode their landform first won!
My students loved it!! They had a difficult time working together to build the landform but once we started to play the game we had a blast! They asked me the next day if they could play it again! haha
